Control who can add content to your memorial with our role-based permission system. This ensures that only trusted individuals can contribute while keeping the memorial organized.
Understanding roles
There are three contributor roles: Viewer (can only view), Contributor (can add content), and Admin (can manage the memorial). You can assign roles when inviting someone or change them later.
Managing existing contributors
Go to Dashboard > Contributors to see everyone who has access. From here you can change roles, remove access, or resend invitations.
Approving contributions
If you prefer to review content before it goes live, enable Moderation Mode in your settings. All new contributions will require your approval before appearing on the memorial.
