Having trouble uploading photos or videos? Here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
Check file format
Make sure your file is in a supported format. Images must be JPG, PNG, or WebP. Videos must be MP4 or MOV. Other formats like TIFF, BMP, or AVI are not currently supported.
Check file size
Images must be under 50MB and videos under 500MB. If your file is too large, try compressing it before uploading. Many free tools are available online for both image and video compression.
Browser compatibility
Ensure you're using a modern, up-to-date browser. We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Older browsers may not support our upload functionality.
Tip:If you're uploading multiple files at once and the upload fails, try uploading them in smaller batches of 5-10 files at a time.
